At Coffee Solutions (Gourmet Solutions), customer satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver premium quality coffee capsules with every order, we understand that there may be rare instances where a return is necessary.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- The reason for return must be valid and verifiable — such as receiving a wrong item, damaged packaging, or a product that is defective or expired.
- Returns will not be accepted based on personal preferences, taste opinions, or change of mind after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of coffee capsules and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used boxes
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made beyond the 5-business-day window
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at cs@coffeesolutions.co.in or contact us at +91 8291988471 within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
If the return is approved:
- We will arrange a return pickup (where available) or guide you on how to return the product.
- A replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.
