Refund Policy

At Coffee Solutions, we take great pride in delivering quality coffee capsules that are compatible with Nespresso® OriginalLine machines. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we aim to get every order right, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Returns based on personal preference, taste, or change of mind will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in ideal condition.
  • The return must be approved and acknowledged by our support team before sending the item back.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be initiated:

  • Only after the returned product has reached us and passed quality inspection, or
  • If a refund is mutually agreed upon in advance due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues, product damage in transit, out-of-stock situation).

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours of product receipt or issue confirmation.
  • The refund amount will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened boxes or partially consumed items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Return requests made beyond 5 business days of delivery
